World's Greatest Stretch

  1. Begin by standing straight with your arms at your sides.
  2. Lunge forward with your right leg while holding your abdominal muscles tight.
  3. As you lunge, lean forward at your hips and place your left hand on the floor so that it is even with your right foot.
  4. Place your right elbow as close to the inside of your right foot as you can and hold this pose for several seconds.
  5. Then, rotate your torso up and to the right and reach as high as you can with your right hand.
  6. Next, rotate back and place your right hand on the floor outside of your right foot, and push your hips upward.
  7. Step forward with your left leg and repeat.
