World's Greatest Stretch
- Begin by standing straight with your arms at your sides.
- Lunge forward with your right leg while holding your abdominal muscles tight.
- As you lunge, lean forward at your hips and place your left hand on the floor so that it is even with your right foot.
- Place your right elbow as close to the inside of your right foot as you can and hold this pose for several seconds.
- Then, rotate your torso up and to the right and reach as high as you can with your right hand.
- Next, rotate back and place your right hand on the floor outside of your right foot, and push your hips upward.
- Step forward with your left leg and repeat.
