Dave earned his Master’s degree in physical therapy from Samuel Merritt College in Northern California and his Bachelor’s of science from UC Davis. He has completed hours of postgraduate education in biomechanics and evaluation and treatment of lower back, pelvic and spinal injury. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA.
Dave has over 18 years of clinical experience and expertise in outpatient, orthopedics, sports related injuries and industrial medicine. He has extensive, specialized training in the rehabilitation of postoperative knee and shoulder injuries, foot and ankle injuries and orthotic fabrication. Dave is also involved on our Parkinson’s Programs and is LSVT certified.
He has led classes in aquatic therapy, is Medicare Certified and highly trained in the treatment of geriatric specific injuries including balance dysfunctions. He has worked closely with collegiate and high school athletes and is a certified Pilates instructor Dave enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, hiking and snowboarding.
