Mickey graduated from UC San Diego with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Neuroscience and Behavior. Mickey brings with him clinical and cognitive experience from his time spent with the UCSD Movement Disorders Center, specifically acting as clinical coordinator for movement disorder neurologists and as a research coordinator specializing in the cognition of individuals with Parkinson’s disease. Mickey is to pursue his Masters of Science degree in Kinesiology/Applied Movement Science at San Diego State University in Fall 2016. His interests are pairing cognition and skilled-based exercise in the Parkinson’s disease population.
Mickey started at Personally Fit as a volunteer in October of 2015. He enjoys all varieties of fitness including weightlifting, sports, and running.
