Personal Training

Here at Personally Fit, our certified personal trainers will help you achieve results faster. We know that everybody is unique and therefore needs a customized exercise program. Many of our fitness members and Physical Therapy clients choose personal training as a continuum of achieving their personal fitness goals. Whether you are recovering from an injury, wanting to update a workout, challenge yourself or begin a fitness program, personal training is a safe and effective means to do so. Each of our trainers is specialized in their own unique way to fit your individual needs. Each provide their own rates that are customized to fit your needs.

Fitness Classes

Class Schedule Effective 6/15/2021 PLEASE NOTE:

  • ALL classes will be limited to 6 participants per class to ensure proper social distancing and safety of all participants.
  • Sign-up online no more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time to reserve a spot. Limited to one class per day so that all members have an opportunity to exercise.
  • Please line up outside at the side door before class, you may enter after the instructor has checked you in.
  • Healthy Back – This class incorporates core strength and postural exercises for maintaining a healthy back. With experienced physical therapy staff leading this class, all fitness levels are welcome.
  • PT Pilates Mat Class – Designed and taught by Carrie Maruna, PTA, ATC, this class engages the abdominals to improve posture, strengthen and lengthen the body with Pilates mat exercises.
  • Pilates – This class combines and fuses elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates leaving you centered and calm, while building flexibility and strength.
  • Yoga – This class is modified yoga designed to improve flexibility, balance, posture, and functional strength. All fitness levels are welcome.
  • Zumba – Modified Zumba class that recreates the original movements at a lower intensity. The class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility, and balance.

Fitness Membership Form

Full Fitness Membership – includes a one-hour reservation per day from 7am-6pm and access to all fitness classes (limited to one per day).

Basic Membership – includes a one-hour reservation per day after 12pm. Fitness classes are not included in this membership.

Gym and Fitness Class reservations are done using our online portal through yourcourts.com. You may sign-up no more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation.
